Exchanges & Returns

RETURN POLICY 
At Arena Santa we want you to be happy with your purchase. Merchandise is eligible for exchanges or store credit in a form of a gift card. At this time, we do NOT offer refunds back to the original form of payment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it-unworn, unused, with tags, swim liners, and in its original packaging. 

DAMAGES

Damages and issues
All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We CANNOT take fault on damaged items after they are worn. Please note that garments are not subject to returns or exchanges if they are damaged while trying on. If an item feels like it does not fit please do not force it otherwise it will damage the item and we will not accept returns or exchanges on it. Please ensure accurate sizing is chosen. Feel free to reach out if you need help with sizing. Please be very careful when trying on swimsuits with chains and gold hardware as they are more delicate to try on.

FINAL SALE 
Sale items, discounted items, are FINAL SALE and can NOT be returned.

STORE CREDIT/ GIFT RETURNS 
If you return an item and do not want an exchange, you will be issued an online gift card. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is available. Gift cards expire within one year from the date of issue. 
Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the Arena Santa merchandise for store credit or an exchange.

FINANCING PAYMENTS WITH RETURNS

If you use KLARNA, Shop Pay, AfterPay, etc to purchase and you are exchanging or receiving a store credit, you will continue to be responsible for your payments to the merchants associated with that purchase. 

EXCHANGES

Making an Exchange 

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Please send an email before returning your items. Specify the exchange item and the new color and/or size on the return/exchange mail and email to info@arenasantaswim.com. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing. Exchanges may take up to 6 weeks for processing if the item is unavailable and requires production on it.

This address can only be used to return items purchased from us.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing. Please allow 10 to 12 business days from when the return has reached our warehouse for us to receive and process your exchange.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

 

Arena Santa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages! Customer is responsible for paying shipping fees for shipping both ways if item needs to exchanged.
